Workload Management Programme

Working in partnership with the ongoing work of The People Strategy initiatives and in direct response to the outcomes of the Pay and Conditions Review, this programme equips Oxford University employees with developmental support, guidance, and practical tools to manage workload more effectively.

It is currently designed for Professional Services staff, with tailored support for Academics and Researchers to follow in collaboration with the Academic Career and Reward Framework.

We appreciate your cooperation as we work to accommodate as many managers as possible.  Should you need to cancel for any reason, please do so as soon as you are able via CoSy to enable someone else to take your place.
  • If a session is full, we strongly encourage you to join the waiting list, as places do become available if others cancel. We do monitor waiting lists to understand demand and to schedule additional dates where possible.
