Unfortunately, no.  This session is specifically designed for those with people management responsibilities.  We appreciate your understanding as we aim to accommodate as many managers as possible.

If you need support with workload-related challenges, please discuss these directly with your manager and explore the tools and resources available in the Workload Management Toolkit.

Yes, you can.  While the programme focuses on workload challenges specific to Professional Services, Academics and Researchers with people management responsibilities are welcome to join if they find the objectives relevant to their needs.

After the session, we will follow up with you to gather your valuable feedback as we work on developing a tailored version for the academic audience.

As above, you may find some of the resources available useful to your specific developmental needs. We will be looking to launch a tailored programme for our Academic populations within the next academic year.

Booking a place

  • Once you have discussed and agreed on your development needs with your line manager, you can book a session through our CoSy dashboard by clicking the "View details" button below.
  • Spaces are limited, so please only book if you are fully committed to attending. Cancellations and no-shows will be monitored, as they prevent others from participating. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to accommodate as many managers as possible.  Should you need to cancel for any reason, please do so as soon as you are able via CoSy to enable someone else to take your place.
  • If a session is full, we strongly encourage you to join the waiting list, as places do become available if others cancel. We do monitor waiting lists to understand demand and to schedule additional dates where possible.
